Outdoor Adventure Retreats is seeking a Housekeeping Team Member to join us at Wilderness Cove Campground in Saluda, NC!

As a Housekeeping Team Member at Wilderness Cove Campground, you will play a crucial role in ensuring that our cabins and rental homes are clean and welcoming for our guests. You will be responsible for maintaining a high standard of cleanliness and organization, creating a positive experience for all who visit our campground.

Responsibilities:

• Clean cabins and rental homes between campground guests
• Ensure all rooms are tidy, organized, and properly stocked with amenities
• Report any maintenance issues or damages to management
• Follow all safety and sanitation policies and procedures
• Collaborate with team members to ensure efficient turnover of accommodations
• Provide exceptional customer service to guests as needed

Requirements:

• Previous housekeeping experience preferred
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
• Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills
• Must be able to lift and carry up to 25 pounds
• Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays
