Job Title: Document Sorting Specialist
Location : Stanford, CA 94305-6063
Duration: 4 Months, Potential extension
Number of hours per week: 20 hours per week
Schedule: Fully onsite; 1 pm - 5 pm
Summary:
Temporary, part-time positions involving digitization of documents. Document sorting specialists will prepare primary source historical materials related to the life and work of Martin Luther King, Jr. for delivery to an outside vendor for scanning by reviewing physical copies and ensuring they match with the recorded metadata. Candidates must be able to adhere to deadlines, exercise sound judgment, and pay attention to detail. Experience with library research and working with primary documents preferred.
