Per ampliare il nostro team, siamo alla ricerca di un* BIM Coordinator. Descrizione del ruolo Il candidato ideale sarà responsabile della gestione e del coordinamento dei processi BIM all’interno dei progetti dello studio, garantendo un flusso di lavoro efficiente e conforme agli standard aziendali e normativi. Responsabilità Coordinare l’implementazione e la gestione della metodologia BIM nei progetti dello studio. Supportare il team di progettazione nella modellazione e nello sviluppo di workflow BIM. Garantire l’applicazione degli standard BIM aziendali e l’interoperabilità tra software (Revit, Navisworks, Dynamo, ecc.). Creare e aggiornare template, librerie e famiglie BIM per ottimizzare i processi di progettazione. Collaborare con i team di progetto e con i consulenti esterni per il coordinamento interdisciplinare. Gestire la verifica della qualità del modello e l’individuazione di clash tramite clash detection. Fornire supporto formativo interno sulle best practice BIM. Requisiti Laurea in Architettura, Ingegneria Civile o Edile. Esperienza di almeno 3-5 anni in ruoli simili, preferibilmente in studi di architettura di grandi dimensioni. Conoscenza avanzata di Autodesk Revit, Navisworks, Dynamo e strumenti di modellazione parametrica. Familiarità con processi di clash detection e gestione di modelli federati. Ottima comprensione delle normative BIM e dei protocolli di scambio dati (IFC, COBie). Capacità di problem-solving, gestione del tempo, capacità di gestire i flussi di lavoro all’interno dei progetti. Buona conoscenza della lingua inglese (scritta e parlata). Condizioni I collaboratori selezionati dovranno possedere partita IVA per la gestione dei futuri incarichi professionali.
