CRM Developer

Responsibilities

• Build, test, and deploy email, SMS, and in-app campaigns using hard-coded HTML/CSS and responsive design practices.
• Translate Figma or other design files into polished, cross-client-compatible templates.
• Implement dynamic personalization logic using Liquid, Jinja, Handlebars, or similar templating languages.
• Support API-driven and transactional messaging workflows with Martech and development partners.
• Maintain and evolve a modular template system for scalable brand execution.
• Own QA across devices, platforms, and segmentation logic.
• Apply and validate behavior-based, transactional, and loyalty audience segmentation.
• Document technical processes, platform nuances, and testing frameworks.

Requirements

• At least 3 years of experience in CRM production, lifecycle marketing operations, or email/SMS campaign development.
• At least 1 year of experience building dynamic HTML/CSS emails and mobile messages in Braze using content blocks, Segment Builder, Canvas, or similar features.
• Advanced proficiency in HTML/CSS for email, including responsive layouts and media queries.
• Experience with Liquid, Jinja, or Handlebars templating languages.
• Experience with API-powered flows, transactional messaging, and dynamic payloads.
• Strong QA mindset, attention to detail, and methodical testing approach.
• Ability to collaborate with marketers, designers, and engineers and maintain clear technical documentation.
