Salary Range: $25.00 To $30.00 Hourly Buffalo Biodiesel Inc. is in growth mode and is currently seeking a AP Clerk and Bookkeeper to assist our controller in processing billing and payments. Job Summary We are seeking a skilled and experienced AP Clerk and Bookkeeper to assist our controller in day-to-day AP activities. Responsibilities To setup payment schedules and create spreadsheets to ensure timely payment. To review supplier base and make rebate payments. Manage Supplier accounts by Phone, Email, etc. To properly file physical hard copies of invoices and payments. Requirements 1. 2 years of QuickBooks online experience, entering billing and making payments. 2. Proven work experience as a bookkeeper.
