Key Responsibilities

• Ensure all scheduled products are manufactured according to company procedures and cGMP standards
• Perform quality inspections on incoming and outgoing materials and products
• Sort and place materials/items on racks, shelves, or bins per inventory procedures
• Complete batch records accurately and timely after each day's production
• Monitor equipment and perform basic maintenance and cleaning activities
• Follow work instructions provided by supervisors or plant leadership
• Move crates from freezer to packaging area using hand truck/dolly
• Inspect and package products, ensuring labels and packaging meet standards
• Label, bag, box, and palletize finished products per deadlines
• Provide input for new or revised SOPs to ensure compliance with GMP
• Report quality and safety issues to supervisor
• Maintain training documentation and assist in training others
• Keep production areas organized and clean
• Transport materials using hand dolly, forklift, pallet jack, or electric dolly
• Pick, pack, and ship materials/products, including dry ice packaging per regulations
• Conduct physical inventory counts and replenish stock as needed

Required Qualifications

• 1+ years of experience
• High School Diploma or GED
• Forklift Operator Certification
• Dry Ice Handling Online Training
