What You'll Do:

• Perform physical therapy procedures under the supervision of a licensed physical therapist
• Assist in developing and implementing patient treatment plans
• Conduct modalities and exercises tailored to patient needs
• Document daily notes, treatment progress, and discharge data accurately
• Support maintaining a clean and organized department environment
• Care for a diverse patient population, including infants to geriatric patients
• Collaborate with healthcare team members to ensure quality patient care

What You Need:

• Valid Physical Therapy Assistant license (Oklahoma) or in process
• Minimum 1 year of relevant experience preferred
• Ability to follow treatment plans and documentation requirements
• Strong communication and teamwork skills
