Roles and Responsibilities Provide analytical support and serve as the main point of contact and subject matter expert for the Phone System and A/V migration projects to the client‑ITS Project Director and client Staff. This role will report to the ITS Project Director. Responsible for planning, project schedule creation, tracking and management of deadlines, project phases, installations, and milestones; quality, scope & change management. Assist with overseeing project-related functions as‑needed. Coordinate site visits and requirement gathering sessions. Document requirements for client‑ITS for business processes and applications. Responsible for drafting agenda items and preparing and distributing meeting minutes. Stakeholder Engagement and Vendor Management: Implement and oversee communication strategy for internal and external stakeholders. Monitor and report out on project status; identify and report out on project constraints, including advising and implementing mitigation strategies to help keep project milestone dates and schedules on track. Maintain records for system documentation. Develop end user communications plan. Possess intermediate to advanced experience using Microsoft Office applications, including Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Teams, and SharePoint. Advanced experience using Project Management tools (MS Project, Asana, etc.). Demonstrated experience with documenting requirements for infrastructure migration projects. Demonstrated experience in Phone System, A/V implementations or equivalent technology implementation and migration projects.
