Responsibilities
- Provide pediatric speech-language pathology evaluations and therapy for feeding and swallowing disorders in an acute care setting, with a focus on pediatric patients.
- Develop and implement individualized treatment plans; monitor progress and adjust goals; document care in the EMR.
- Conduct bedside swallow evaluations and coordinate with team for MBS when indicated; participate in care planning and discharge planning.
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams, attend all required team meetings, and support family education and coaching.
- Maintain compliance with department standards, complete onboarding training, and demonstrate competencies as directed by supervision.

Requirements
- Education: Independent with completion of Pediatric
- Licensure/Certifications: MA State Licensure (Speech-Language Pathologist), ASHA Certification, Current CPR Certification
- Experience: 3+ years pediatric feeding and swallowing experience
- EMR: EPIC experience required
- Other: Ability to work in inpatient and outpatient pediatric settings; willing to transition as needed and participate in team meetings
