CaroMont Family Medicine –Cramerton is seeking an experienced Advanced Practice Provider (NP or PA) to join our close‑knit, high‑performing team consisting of 4 MDs and 3 APPs. Practice in our well‑equipped facility with access to CaroMont’s extensive resources and network. In‑house X‑ray capability and onsite laboratory. Key Responsibilities Order, interpret, and manage diagnostic tests, including labs and imaging. Provide education on treatment plans and follow‑up care. Document all encounters accurately and timely in EPIC. Requirements Master’s or Doctoral degree from an accredited NP or PA program. Board Certified FNP or PA‑C. Active NC License & DEA and willing to obtain a SC License & DEA. BLS/ACLS certification. Why CaroMont?
