You’ll work across various warehouse functions to ensure timely, accurate, and high-quality order fulfillment. This role requires adaptability, attention to detail, and a strong sense of teamwork to support our clients and customers.What You’ll Do:• Pick, pack, and prepare customer orders with accuracy and efficiency• Restock inventory and perform cycle counts to maintain inventory accuracy• Support inbound, outbound, returns, and wholesale operations as needed• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment• Meet or exceed productivity and quality performance metrics• Communicate clearly with team members and leadership• Identify and report safety concerns or process inefficiencies• Assist with special projects such as kitting and promotional packagingWho You Are:• Positive, team-oriented, and eager to contribute to a collaborative environment• Detail-oriented and committed to delivering high-quality work• A quick learner who is open to feedback and new challenges• Comfortable asking questions and proposing creative solutions• Reliable and consistent in meeting expectations and deadlines• Safety-conscious and proactive in maintaining a safe workplaceWhat You’ve Done:• No prior experience required—just a willingness to learn and work hardNice to Haves:• Previous experience in a warehouse, fulfillment, or logistics environment• Familiarity with handheld scanners or warehouse management systemsPhysical Demands & Working Conditions:• Able to stand, walk, bend, and reach for extended periods• Able to lift and carry up to 50 lbs. occasionally• Comfortable working in a warehouse environment with exposure to dust, noise, and machinery• Able to maintain focus and attention to detail throughout the shift• Willing to work overtime as neededCart.com is an equal opportunity employer.
