Product Manager - Intraoperative Neuromonitoring

Globus Medical seeks a Product Manager to oversee the intraoperative neuromonitoring system portfolio lifecycle. This role involves market research, cross-functional product development leadership, commercialization strategy, and direct engagement with surgeons and clinical stakeholders to drive product innovation and market growth.
Responsibilities
- Conduct market research, competitive analysis, and customer needs assessments to identify opportunities
- Gather voice-of-customer feedback from surgeons and key opinion leaders to define product requirements
- Serve as main point of contact for surgeon design teams and translate market needs into product specifications
- Partner with R&D, Clinical, Regulatory, and Manufacturing teams throughout product development lifecycle
- Develop commercialization strategies, launch plans, and training programs for new product introductions
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Engineering, Life Sciences, or Biomedical Engineering
- 3-6 years product management, product development, or commercial experience in medical devices
- Demonstrated experience supporting new product development and commercialization
- Direct interaction experience with physicians, surgeons, or clinical healthcare providers
- Experience engaging with Key Opinion Leaders and clinical stakeholders
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, project management, and organizational capabilities
- Ability to influence and lead cross-functional teams without direct authority
