Fleet Mechanic

Flowly Solutions is expanding, and we have an immediate opening for a Fleet & Equipment Mechanic to become a core part of our facility team. If you take ownership of your work, show up consistently, and enjoy solving complex mechanical problems, this position was built for you. You will keep our operations moving by maintaining our fleet and specialized equipment, ensuring a workspace where safety, accuracy, and operational readiness come first. Job Responsibilities: Inspect, troubleshoot, and resolve mechanical, diesel engine, hydraulic, and electrical issues across diverse fleet vehicles and machinery. Overhaul and maintain commercial trailer components, including axles, hubs, bearings, and braking systems. Perform complex electrical diagnosis, wiring repairs, and custom vehicle modifications. Conduct routine preventative maintenance, diagnostics, and load testing on field generators. Execute detailed inspections to ensure all trucks and assets strictly adhere to DOT and BIT regulatory standards. Track parts availability and coordinate with outside specialized repair vendors when necessary. Assist with emergency field repairs and equipment support during rapid-deployment scenarios. Experience We're Looking For: Proven background in commercial vehicle maintenance, diesel mechanics, or heavy equipment repair. Excellent critical thinking abilities with a knack for diagnosing mechanical failures efficiently in the shop or out in the field. A self-motivated professional who can manage daily task lists independently with minimal oversight. Ability to maintain focus and deliver high-quality work during urgent or high-stress deployment demands. Clear verbal and written skills to interpret service manuals, execute work orders, and log repairs accurately. Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and remain active or on your feet throughout a standard shift. Retaining reliable personal transportation, and a strong commitment to punctuality.
