Role: Full-Time Building Enclosure Project Manager with responsibilities consisting of:

• Investigations: Perform investigative surveys of roofing, glazing, and waterproofing components to identify deterioration and probable sources of water infiltration. Generate reports for supervisor review documenting observations and findings, with recommendations and cost estimates. 
• Peer Reviews: Review drawings and specifications for new construction projects and provide comments as redline markups. Participate in meetings with clients to discuss comments and provide follow-up documentation of action items to attendees.
• Design: Coordinate the generation of building envelope related plans, elevations, and details. Provide formatting/review of specifications in Microsoft Word.
• Bidding: Provide bid phase project assistance, including attendance at pre-bid meetings and generation of minutes for review and issue.
• Construction: Provide construction phase supervision, including attendance at pre-construction meetings, progress meetings, performing site visits and generating reports of observations for review by supervisor.
• Testing: Provide assistance with field performance testing related to the building envelope. 
• Education: Attend educational seminars and other professional development courses paid for by us and as approved by your supervisor.

Experience: Applicants for this position should have the following qualifications:

• Experience with Microsoft Office
• Proficiency with AutoCAD and/or Bluebeam software
• Four (4) year bachelor's degree in an architectural, engineering, or construction related field
• Certifications encouraged but not required:
• IIBEC Registered Roof Observer (RRO), Registered Exterior Wall Observer (REWO), or Registered Waterproofing Observer (RWO)
• IIBEC Registered Roof Consultant (RRC), Registered Exterior Wall Consultant (REWC), or Registered Waterproofing Consultant (RWC)
• Minimum three (3) years of building envelope consulting experience
• Under supervision, performing peer reviews for new construction 
• Under supervision, design of roof replacements, window/wall repair projects
• Actively providing high quality construction phase project management services on new construction and repair projects

Supplies and Training: We will provide all necessary PPE, equipment, and training as required for you to complete work assignments. 

Travel: If located in the Dallas/Fort Worth area, must be willing to travel to Austin for initial training (full-time for two to six weeks, depending on experience). Alternatively, if located in the Austin area, must be willing to travel to the DFW/North Texas area 50% of the work week (approximately 2-3 days per week) consistently for the first year.

Compensation: This is a full-time (40+ hours per week) exempt, salaried position.

• Base Pay: Ranging from $80,000 to $130,000 per year , depending on candidate experience, certifications, and skills. 
• Paid Time Off: The following eight (8) hour days of paid time off, for a total of thirty (30) days in each calendar year, are included:
• Holidays : Eight (8) days per year, including New Year’s Day, Memorial Day, July 4th, Labor Day, Thanksgiving (2 days), Christmas (2 days)
• Vacation/Personal Time : Twenty-two (22) days per year, 8 hours per day.
• Benefits: We offer employer-sponsored health coverage through the Blue Choice PPO Network (BlueCross BlueShield). For 2026, employee premiums for any of the three available coverage levels will be 100% paid by company. A group dental plan is also available for an additional cost.
• Bonuses: Annual bonuses are based on individual and company performance, up to a maximum of 30 percent of the Base Salary.
• Reimbursable Expenses: In addition to the benefits and base pay described above, we will reimburse the following work-related expenses:
• Tolls at cost
• Mileage $0.70/mile (IRS published rate)
• Other Approved Expenses at cost

Location: Remote position with all supplies provided by company, located in the Dallas-Fort Worth (DFW) area. In-person site visits and meetings will be required as part of this position as needed for all DFW area projects and those located north of the DFW area in Texas.
