Responsibilities

As an Onsite Housing NC Peer Support Specialist, you’ll play a vital role in supporting individuals as they navigate their journey toward stability and independence. You’ll work onsite to create a safe, welcoming environment while providing peer-based support to help residents overcome challenges and achieve their goals. Your day-to-day will include fostering connections, offering guidance based on shared experiences, and ensuring that residents have access to the resources they need to thrive. Qualifications
