Responsibilities Provide and oversee direct nursing care in accordance with resident care plans Administer medications and treatments as ordered Monitor resident conditions and respond to changes appropriately Complete accurate and timely clinical documentation Supervise and support LPNs and CNAs on shift Communicate with physicians, families, and interdisciplinary team members as needed Ensure a safe and compliant care environment Schedule Full-Time Night Shift: 7:00 PM – 7:00 AM Every other weekend required Qualifications Active, unencumbered RN license in North Carolina Previous long-term care experience preferred Strong clinical judgment and leadership skills Excellent communication and organizational abilities Ability to work independently and lead a team Benefits Medical, dental, and vision insurance Paid time off (PTO) 401(k) retirement plan Same-day pay options available #J-18808-Ljbffr
