Schwab Private Wealth Services (SPWS) delivers a highly personalized experience for ultra-high-net-worth (UHNW) clients with $10M+ in assets. As a Director, SPWS Business Development Officer, you will play a key role in growing this business by building meaningful relationships and connecting clients to Schwab’s full range of capabilities. What You’ll Do Drive new business growth by outbound prospecting, networking, qualifying, and closing UHNW client relationships Serve as a subject matter resource on SPWS and UHNW client needs Align clients to the most appropriate Schwab solutions Connect clients to relationship structures across Private Wealth Services, Family Office, and Separate Account Network Build strong partnerships with Wealth Consultants, Financial Consultants, and internal teams Support SPWS growth through referrals, asset consolidation, and network development Maintain focus on developing new UHNW opportunities What you have Experience advising UHNW clients and family offices Entrepreneurial mindset with ability to drive new business independently and collaboratively Knowledge and experience of UHNW planning (estate, tax, trusts, lending, complex assets) Commitment to staying current on capabilities and industry trends Ability to build trust with clients and stakeholders Collaborative, team-oriented mindset Strong executive presence and communication skills High professionalism and integrity Drive for results and continuous improvement Network of centers of influence (e.g., CPAs, attorneys) Required Qualifications 10+ years of UHNW or family office/business development experience 2+ years of prospecting and building UHNW relationships Series 7 and 66 licenses Bachelor’s degree in finance, economics, business, or related field Preferred Qualifications MBA, CFP, CFA, CPA/PFS, or JD Experience with complex UHNW needs Established network of centers of influence What’s in It for You Competitive compensation and benefits 401(k) and stock purchase plan Paid parental leave, sabbatical, tuition reimbursement Wellness programs and employee resource groups Career growth opportunities #J-18808-Ljbffr
