Associate Litigation Attorney: Fidelity Law, APC is looking for an Associate Attorney for a high volume, fast-paced Law Firm. We have a significant case load, and we expect our Associates to rise to the challenge of servicing a high volume of cases as a valued member of our Team. Your commitment to growth and meeting deadlines will be properly compensated.

About Us: Fidelity Law, APC provides results-driven legal representation to individuals who are experiencing harassment by their creditors. Specifically, we represent individuals and small businesses who have been sued by creditors and debt collectors. This includes credit card debt, repossession deficiency, medical debt, insurance subrogation, insurance premiums owed, note loans, student loan debts, and other types of debt matters.

Responsibilities of the job include but are not limited to:

· Manage high volume case load;

· Daily tasks to ensure cases move forward;

· Communicate and meet with clients;

· Attend court proceedings in person (by Zoom, if remote);

· Prepare for court proceedings;

· Attend mediation in person (by Zoom, if available);

· Review and draft legal documents;

· Consultations with potential clients;

· Case review with Senior Attorney and Paralegals;

Compensation: $80,000 - $120,000 depending on experience in Debt Defense Law Qualifications: Must be located in San Antonio; ability to handle court hearings; ability to mediate; Texas bar license in good standings and ability to multi-task. Comfortable in social settings, interactive with client and court staff.
