Branch Manager, US Pest

As a Branch Manager, you guide and develop the operations in your district, driving growth and delivering legendary customer experiences. Responsibilities Develop the management team to achieve growth, productivity, and profitability goals of the Branch. Interview job applicants, select top candidates, and monitor staffing needs. Plan, identify, communicate, and delegate key responsibilities to the operations and service management team, ensuring smooth flow of operations. Drive the implementation of company programs and initiatives by motivating and supporting the management team. Review environments and key business indicators to identify problems, concerns, and opportunities, providing coaching to achieve operational goals. Support and audit operations, sales, and office leadership positions. Qualifications Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of experience, education, and training. At least five to seven years as a Branch Manager or equivalent level position. Strong attention to detail with background in management, sales, training, relationship development, and excellent customer experience. Experience analyzing financial reports in a complex, fast-paced environment. Successful background managing in the pest control industry a plus. Available to travel and participate in a rotating on-call schedule for off-hours and weekends. Ability to obtain and maintain required licenses/certificates. Must pass pre-employment background screen. Valid driver's license with clean driving record. Pay Yearly: $102,300.00 - $148,500.00. Benefits Day-1 benefits for full-time colleagues.
