Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Home Health Aide / Scheduler role based in Marietta, GA. The Home Health Aide / Scheduler will assist clients with activities of daily living, including personal care, basic mobility support, light homemaking tasks, and companionship, while following individualized care plans. The role includes scheduling caregivers for client visits, coordinating shifts, updating schedules in the system, and communicating changes to staff and families. The individual will monitor client needs, report changes in condition to supervisors, and help ensure timely, reliable care coverage. Additional responsibilities include maintaining accurate documentation, adhering to agency policies and state regulations, and supporting a respectful, safe, and professional care environment. Qualifications Demonstrated skills in Home Care and Personal Care, including support with hygiene, mobility, and comfort. Experience with Activities of Daily Living (ADLs) and Patient Care in a home or community-based setting. Strong Communication skills for coordinating schedules, collaborating with caregivers, and interacting with clients and families. Ability to manage caregiver schedules, prioritize tasks, and handle last-minute changes calmly and efficiently. Compassionate, client-centered approach with respect for diverse backgrounds and individual needs. High school diploma or equivalent; completion of a recognized Home Health Aide, CNA, or similar training program preferred. Previous experience in home care, scheduling, or healthcare administration is beneficial. Reliable transportation, punctuality, and the ability to work on-site in Marietta, GA as scheduled.
