Staff Management Group is seeking a Shipping Supervisor for our client in Fairless Hills, PA. Please read the ENTIRE job description and ALL of the job requirements BEFORE applying for this position.

Schedule:

• 1st Shift: 8:30AM - 5PM
• Plus overtime

Pay Rate:

• $19 - $23 / hour

Job Summary:

We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Shipping Supervisor to support warehouse operations by picking, inspecting, packing, and preparing clothing items for shipment. This role is responsible for ensuring order accuracy, maintaining product quality, and meeting daily productivity goals in a fast-paced environment.

Job Responsibilities:

• Supervise and coordinate daily shipping activities and staff
• Ensure accurate and timely processing of outgoing shipments
• Verify shipping documents, labels, and inventory records
• Coordinate with warehouse, receiving, and customer service teams
• Monitor shipping schedules and resolve delays or issues.

Job Requirements:

• MUST be bilingual - English AND Spanish.
• High school diploma or GED required; associate's degree preferred.
• 3–5 years of experience in shipping, receiving, warehouse operations, or logistics.
• Previous leadership or supervisory experience in a warehouse environment.
