ASR International Corp. is looking for a Warehouse Operations Support position to support the N4 Supply Department of the Naval Construction Group ONE (NCG 1). The role involves supply and logistics services, including receiving, storage, shipping, issuing, and replenishment of Camp Support Gear (e.g., tents, galley gear) and TOA gear for NCG 1 at Port Hueneme, CA. Location: Naval Construction Group ONE (NCG ONE): Port Hueneme, CA 93043 Job Description / Responsibilities Manage the Camp Support Outlet (e.g., tents, galley gear, etc.) for three active‑duty battalions and three reserve battalions at Naval Base Ventura County (NBVC), Port Hueneme, CA. The Camp Support inventory at Port Hueneme includes tents, security wire, tables, chairs, field cooking equipment, and galley support equipment. Perform tasks, services, and labor that enable accounting and effective use of all tools and equipment within the Camp Support Outlets at Naval Base Ventura County (NBVC), Port Hueneme, CA. Manage material receipt and stowage: daily process receipts and store incoming materials using the Integrated Barcode System (IBS) handheld scanners. Generate automated Receipt in Progress (RIP) and Stow reports, processing 45–60 line items daily—typically tool boxes or kits, handheld tools, automotive repair parts, office supplies, and power tools under 10 pounds. Conduct Location Audit Process (LAP) and monthly physical inventories using IBS handheld scanners for 2,500 automotive repair parts (ARP) and 17,600 Table of Allowance (TOA) items. Prepare purchase or disposition requests, post results via R‑Supply, and generate automated inventory reports. Conduct monthly historical causative research using R‑SUPPLY and other logistics sources to identify, analyze, and explain inventory discrepancies. Compile findings and present to the Battalion’s S4. Prepare DD200 survey forms 12–15 times weekly per battalion when Government‑owned property is lost, damaged, destroyed, or declared obsolete. The contractor electronically prepares the survey form and submits it to the S4. Upon completion, adjust stock records in the R‑SUPPLY database. Qualifications / Requirements U.S. citizenship with the ability to pass a National Agency Check, Local Agency Check and Local Credit Check (NACLC) per DoD standards. Must obtain security clearance and necessary background checks/assessments. A DoD Common Access Card (CAC) and NMCI system access required. Current Secret‑level clearance desired but not required. Three years of logistics experience procuring, issuing, receiving, and managing inventory and storage of repair parts and consumables in commercial or government settings. Strong oral and written communication skills to produce information, written reports, and metric briefings for command and higher‑echelon leadership. Two years of experience using the NTCSS database and sub‑systems R‑Supply and OMMS‑NG, essential to this role. Ability to communicate concisely and consistently, both orally and in writing, with various personnel, especially government logisticians on Battalion Supply Department staff. Knowledge of the NMCB organization, regulations, policies, and procedures of the Navy supply system, per the Navy Expeditionary Combat Command (NECC) Force Supply Manual (COMNECCINST 4400.1B) and Naval Supply Procedures (NAVSUP P‑485, Vols I–III). Physical ability to meet standard warehouse work and lifting requirements.
