Leasing Specialist: Boost Occupancy & Resident Experience

Greystar is seeking a Leasing Consultant for our Minnesota communities. You will coordinate marketing, leasing, and renewal strategies to meet occupancy and revenue goals, tour prospects, process applications, and prepare leases to ensure smooth move-ins and renewals. You'll stay informed about market conditions, implement short- and long-term marketing plans, and maintain show units and office readiness.
