What You'll Do:

Lead Hotel Operations

• Oversee daily operations across Front Desk, Housekeeping, Maintenance, and Guest Services.
• Ensure a clean, safe, and welcoming environment for guests and team members.
• Maintain compliance with brand standards, company policies, and regulatory requirements.
• Address guest concerns promptly and create memorable service experiences.

Drive Financial Results

• Manage hotel budgets, forecasts, and operating expenses.
• Monitor key performance indicators including occupancy, ADR, RevPAR, labor costs, and profitability.
• Identify opportunities to improve revenue and operational efficiencies.
• Review financial performance and implement action plans to achieve goals.

Build & Develop Teams

• Recruit, train, mentor, and retain top hospitality talent.
• Foster a positive culture built on accountability, teamwork, and guest satisfaction.
• Conduct performance reviews and support employee growth and development.
• Lead by example through active involvement in hotel operations.

Grow the Business

• Collaborate with sales and revenue management partners to increase occupancy and market share.
• Develop relationships with local businesses and community organizations.
• Support marketing initiatives and represent the hotel within the local market.

What We're Looking For

• Minimum of 3 years of hotel leadership experience, preferably at the General Manager level.
• Experience managing multiple hotel departments simultaneously.
• Strong knowledge of hotel financials, budgeting, forecasting, and revenue management.
• Proven success leading teams and improving operational performance.
• Excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving abilities.
• Comfortable working flexible schedules, including evenings, weekends, and holidays when needed.
• Proficiency with hotel management software and Microsoft Office.

Preferred Background

• Experience within a branded hotel environment.
• Extended-stay or select-service hotel experience.
• History of improving guest satisfaction, team engagement, and profitability.
• Familiarity with quality assurance programs and brand compliance standards.

Compensation & Benefits

• $65,000 – $70,000 Base Salary
