Program Manager

Position Title: Program Manager Location: Cincinnati, Ohio 45241 (Remote) Duration: 06 Months (Contract to Hire) Eligibility: This role is only open to USC or GC candidates. About the Role Client is seeking a seasoned Program Manager to lead our enterprise Maximo program—spanning technology, operations, vendor engagement and finance engagement. This role requires someone who thrives in complex environments, brings structure to ambiguity, and can confidently drive outcomes across IBM, hardware vendors, and internal business partners. Accountable for program delivery, roadmap execution, vendor performance, and alignment with Finance and Accounting stakeholders. Key Responsibilities Program Leadership — Own the Maximo program roadmap, delivery cadence, and cross‑functional coordination across IT, business operations, and Finance/Accounting. Vendor Engagement — Participate in day‑to‑day engagement with IBM and the hardware vendor. Drive accountability, track deliverables, escalates effectively, and ensure SLAs are met. Financial Engagement — Partner with Finance and Accounting to ensure compliance, cost transparency, forecasting accuracy, and alignment with audit and control requirements. Stakeholder Engagement — Build strong relationships across business and IT. Collaborate closely with business program manager, ensuring unified communication and decision making. Risk & Issue Management — Identify risks early, drive mitigation plans, and maintain program health dashboards/RAID.
