Store Assistant Manager

What You’ll Do: Leadership and Culture: Continually drive, nurture, support, and promote the company mission, values, vision, and brand. Model effective coaching behaviors, resulting in a high-performing store. Supervision: Provide leadership in day-to-day sales and operational processes of the store location. Communication: Ensure proactive, collaborative, timely communication with management, store team, and stakeholders. Maintain daily social media presence for the store social pages. Performance: Conduct 15 minutes of learning each shift. Cross‑promote and upsell products to increase average dollar per sale. Provide consistently high client service with no customer complaints. Complete required paperwork accurately and on time. Act as the primary cashier per company policy. Educating Customers: Organize and execute social live events, sampling, education, acting as project manager. Inventory: Adhere to inventory controls. Maintain proper inventory levels, face and restock throughout the day, receive shipments per store policy within 24 hours. Store Operations: Maintain clean, presentable store. Display promotions and signage. Manage communications, including voicemails and emails. Engage customers and conduct outbound calls, social media posts, thank‑you notes, and event invitations. All other assigned tasks as set forth by the Store Manager. Requirements Who You Are: Social Media acumen required. Excellent verbal and written communication skills, demonstrated in a clear, concise, accurate, timely, professional manner. Ability to follow instructions with a positive attitude. Comfortable with computer use. Comfortable working with numbers, applying basic mathematical concepts. Stands and/or sits continuously during a full shift. Ability to lift up to 50 pounds. Nice-to-haves Minimum of 6 months retail history preferred. Prior supervisory experience preferred. Previous cash handling experience preferred.
