Helpdesk Coordinator - Facilities FM & Site Support
Kudos Services
Kudos Services is seeking an organised Helpdesk Coordinator to join its Operations team and manage reactive and planned maintenance across contracts. Reporting to the Helpdesk Supervisor, you will coordinate assignments for in-house engineers and subcontractors using our CAFM system, prioritise requests and maintain accurate records. This role requires excellent communication, strong organisation and a proactive approach to delivering high quality service in a fast-paced FM environment. #J-18808-Ljbffr Kudos Services
