Position Overview Seeking a Physical Therapist (PT) to join a home health care team, enabling patients to recover in their own homes. Qualifications & Skills Degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited program Current, unrestricted state license as a Physical Therapist Valid CPR, Driver’s License, and proof of automobile insurance Preferred Experience in home health therapy and OASIS documentation.
