Position Overview As a Behavior Consultant (1099) , you will design, implement, and monitor individualized behavior support plans for clients of all ages. You'll collaborate with families, caregivers, and interdisciplinary teams to promote skill development, independence, and quality of life. Key Responsibilities Conduct functional behavior assessments (FBAs) and develop individualized behavior support plans. Provide training and coaching to families, caregivers, and staff. Monitor progress and adjust interventions as needed. Maintain accurate documentation in compliance with state and agency guidelines. Qualifications Master's degree in Psychology, Special Education, Applied Behavior Analysis, Social Work, or related field. Must have a valid CPR Certification Experience working with individuals with developmental disabilities. Strong communication, problem-solving, and organizational skills. Must pass background checks and hold a valid driver's license. Must have a negative TB test within the past year Must be able to see client in Indiana in-person Contract Type 1099 Independent Contractor – You manage your own schedule, caseload, and taxes. #J-18808-Ljbffr
