We are looking for a creative Podcast and Video Producer to support the planning, capture, and post-production of engaging digital content. This long-term contract opportunity is ideal for someone who can shape both podcast and video projects from concept through final delivery while maintaining strong production quality. The role calls for hands-on expertise in editing, visual storytelling, and audio-video coordination across multiple formats.Responsibilities:• Produce and edit podcast and video content for digital distribution, ensuring each project meets brand, quality, and timeline expectations.• Manage the full production workflow, including pre-production planning, recording coordination, post-production editing, and final file delivery.• Use Adobe Premiere Pro to assemble video segments, refine pacing, and prepare content for publication across various platforms.• Apply Adobe After Effects to create motion graphics, visual enhancements, and finishing elements that elevate audience engagement.• Record and refine podcast episodes by balancing audio clarity, segment structure, and overall listener experience.• Collaborate with internal stakeholders to translate creative ideas into compelling multimedia stories that align with project goals.• Organize digital media assets, maintain version control, and support efficient content production across ongoing assignments.• Contribute to digital video initiatives by adapting content for different channels and helping maintain a consistent visual style. Hourly rate: $28.5–$33
