The Facility Cook/Housekeeper will primarily work in a healthcare setting, responsible for preparing meals and maintaining cleanliness within the kitchen and facility. This role is typically performed individually and offers opportunities for cross-training and career advancement in both cooking and housekeeping functions.
Responsibilities
- Prepare and cook meals according to facility dietary guidelines
- Maintain cleanliness and sanitation of kitchen areas
- Perform housekeeping duties to ensure a clean and safe environment
- Manage kitchen supplies and report any shortages
- Adhere to healthcare facility protocols and safety standards
