This position plays a critical role in maintaining the cleanliness, presentation, and overall guest experience throughout our hotel. What You'll Do As Housekeeping Manager, you will partner closely with the Director of Rooms to oversee the daily operations of the Housekeeping Department and ensure our guests receive an exceptional experience. Key responsibilities include: Lead, coach, and develop housekeeping team members and supervisors Inspect guest rooms and public areas to ensure cleanliness and quality standards are met Handle guest concerns and housekeeping-related service recoveryMonitor room readiness and coordinate closely with Front Office operations Conduct room inspections, VIP inspections, and spot checks Assist with hiring, onboarding, training, and performance management Manage inventory of linens, amenities, guest supplies, and cleaning products Promote a culture of safety, accountability, and service excellence Assist with budgeting, labor management, and departmental planning Serve as Manager on Duty (MOD) as assigned Qualifications Required Minimum of 3 years of progressive housekeeping leadership experience in a hotel environment Strong leadership and team development skills Excellent communication and organizational abilities Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities Knowledge of housekeeping operations, cleaning chemicals, sanitation standards, and hotel safety practices Computer proficiency and ability to work within hotel management systems Ability to work flexible schedules, including weekends and evenings Preferred Associate degree or higher in Hospitality Management or related field Hilton or branded hotel experience Physical Requirements This position requires frequent walking, standing, bending, reaching, lifting, and inspecting guest rooms and public spaces throughout the property.
