Insurance Sales Representative State Farm – Rachel Williams Agency is a small business in St. Louis, MO that values customer‑centric service and offers competitive salaries, full benefits, paid time off, and professional growth opportunities. Job Overview As an Insurance Sales Representative, you will work directly with prospects and customers to establish their insurance coverage plans. You will partner with the agent and team to achieve agency goals. Responsibilities Meet the organization’s financial goals by achieving monthly sales targets. Provide insurance product quotes to customers and prospects via phone, email, and in‑person. Confirm policies are issued accurately. Maintain the highest level of customer service at all times. Qualifications High School Diploma. Minimum 1 year of experience in sales, insurance, or customer service (preferred). Missouri Property & Casualty and Accident, Life, and Health Insurance License (preferred). Valid driver’s license and acceptable driving record. Ability to travel within St. Louis, MO on a daily basis. Ideal Candidate Hungry, humble, and smart. Driven to work hard and accomplish goals. Team‑oriented. Willing to learn and grow continuously. Prides in helping others and enjoys working with diverse people. Salary & Benefits Full‑time position. Annual pay range: $35,000.00 – $75,000.00. Dental insurance. Health insurance. Vision insurance. Paid time off. Parental leave. Flexible schedule. Bonus opportunities and commission pay. Work Details Weekly range: Monday to Friday. Work setting: In‑person, office. Location: In person (St. Louis, MO). Licensing & Certification Missouri Property & Casualty Insurance Producer License (Preferred).
