Job Overview As an Insurance Sales Representative, you will work directly with prospects and customers to establish their insurance coverage plans. You will partner with the agent and team to achieve agency goals. Responsibilities Meet the organization’s financial goals by achieving monthly sales targets. Provide insurance product quotes to customers and prospects via phone, email, and in‑person. Confirm policies are issued accurately. Maintain the highest level of customer service at all times. Qualifications High School Diploma. Minimum 1 year of experience in sales, insurance, or customer service (preferred). Missouri Property & Casualty and Accident, Life, and Health Insurance License (preferred). Valid driver’s license and acceptable driving record.
