Systems Engineer (Integration and Test) - Early Career

Description Lockheed Martin Aeronautics is seeking a full-time Early Career Systems Engineer. In this role, you will develop test cases, integrate and test systems in a lab environment, and work closely with multidisciplinary teams. Responsibilities Develop and implement test cases; perform system integration and lab testing; troubleshoot and resolve hardware and software issues; document test results and communicate findings with the team. Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Software Engineering, Systems Engineering, or a related STEM discipline. Experience testing hardware and/or software. Must be a U.S. Citizen; a government security clearance is required. The position is located at a facility that requires special access. Desired Skills Experience in Hardware in the Loop (HWIL) system integration labs. Ability to collaborate effectively in an Agile team environment. Familiarity with tracking tools such as JIRA, GitLab, and GitHub. Travel & Work Requirements Up to 25% travel depending on final work location. Non‑standard work hours may be required during testing events. Security Clearance Government security clearance required; clearance level: Secret. U.S. citizenship is mandatory.
