Accounts Receivable Manager

Looking for a hands‑on Accounts Receivable Manager who will lead the team but also stay involved in the day‑to‑day work including invoicing, cash application, and resolving billing issues. They’ll partner closely with Sales, Customer Service, Credit, and Operations. WHAT YOU'LL DO: Lead and develop the Team Execute projects to improve processes and systems Working Manager – actively perform AR and Invoicing tasks Generate and review daily invoices Investigate and resolve invoicing issues, including issuing credits and re‑bills Accurately post daily cash, checks, ACH, and credit card payments Initiate and manage ACH payment setups Process and maintain secure customer banking information Reconcile payments and apply them to customer accounts Review daily banking and payment reports WHO YOU ARE: Someone who has managed or led an AR team Strong experience with invoicing and cash application Detail‑oriented and organized Comfortable in a fast‑paced environment Someone who can also help improve processes and systems Team player who cares deeply about customer service and collaboration Problem‑solver with strong analytical and decision‑making skills Detail‑oriented, with strong communication and organizational skills #J-18808-Ljbffr
