Required Skills:
- Strong foundation in accounting, with public company or SEC reporting experience preferred
- Expertise in month-end close, financial reporting, and internal controls, including SOX compliance
- Advanced Excel skills
- Proven experience with ERP systems, ideally NetSuite
- Critical thinking and problem-solving capabilities
- Experience with process automation and system integration
Nice to Have Skills:
- Background in acquisitions or international operations
- Technical accounting proficiency
- Leadership experience in managing and mentoring teams
Preferred Education and Experience:
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field (Master's or CPA preferred)
- Significant prior experience in accounting within a public company environment, especially involving system implementations or transformations
- Prior exposure to cross-border operations and complex transaction support
Other Requirements:
- Willingness to work onsite daily at our Fort Worth headquarters
- Ability to partner cross-functionally with FP&A, Legal, Tax, and Operations teams
- A proactive mindset geared toward innovation and process improvement
