Description Summer Interns will support various departments and work on a variety of projects and day-to-day business responsibilities, gain soft skills in a professional business environment, conduct weekly presentations, participate in training sessions and other activities throughout the summer. Interns will be assigned to one of the following departments:

- Responsible for completing project-based work in a timely manner
- Learn and complete assigned day to day business responsibilities
- Communicate effectively with team members
- Adapt to work in an office environment (Hybrid)
- Work with an assigned mentor to discuss team expectations and goals
- Attend department and other related training sessions throughout the summer
- Participate in team meetings
- Self-paced Kaplan Insurance courses
- Prepare and conduct weekly presentations
- Collaborate with other Interns
