We are seeking a friendly and professional Bellman to join our team in Arlington, VA. The ideal candidate will provide exceptional guest service by assisting with luggage, escorting guests to their rooms, and ensuring a welcoming and smooth arrival and departure experience. Key Responsibilities Greet guests promptly and courteously upon arrival and departure. Assist guests with their luggage to and from guest rooms and vehicles. Provide information about hotel services, amenities, and local attractions. Escort guests to their rooms and provide a brief overview of room features. Coordinate with front desk and housekeeping to ensure guest satisfaction. Maintain cleanliness and organization of the lobby and bell stand area. Respond promptly to guest requests and inquiries. Assist with valet parking and transportation arrangements as needed. Qualifications High school diploma or equivalent preferred. Previous experience in hospitality or customer service is a plus. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to lift and carry heavy luggage safely. Professional appearance and demeanor.
