Participate in public offerings, mergers, and acquisitions. Advise on high-profile cross-border transactions. Requirements JD (2020-2021) or LLM degree preferred. Corporate transactional experience required. Prior large law firm experience preferred; U.S. "white shoe" law firm experience is a plus. Experience with M&A, private equity, and venture capital transactions. Experience advising on Latin American transactions strongly preferred. Admission to the New York and/or California Bar required. Spanish working proficiency required. Education JD or LLM degree. Certifications Admission to the New York and/or California Bar. Skills Strong transactional and advisory skills.
