Registered Nurse (RN) - Emergency Department

This is a 13-week contract position.

Night shift: 3x12 Hours (19:00 - 07:30), with weekend requirements every other weekend.

We are seeking a skilled Registered Nurse (RN) to join our Emergency Department. The ideal candidate will provide high-quality care to patients of all ages in a fast-paced environment. You will work collaboratively with an interdisciplinary team to ensure optimal patient outcomes.

Responsibilities:

• Manage a patient ratio of 1:5.
• Administer medications and treatments as prescribed.
• Perform triage, assessment, and intervention for patients.
• Collaborate with physicians and other healthcare professionals.
• Maintain thorough and accurate patient records using the Epic charting system.
• Respond to emergencies and assist in trauma care.

Required Experience / Certifications / Licensure:

• Minimum of 2 years of nursing experience, preferably in an Emergency Department setting.
• Current certifications: BLS, ACLS, NIHSS, PALS.
• Preferred certifications: TNCC, NRP, CPI.
• Valid RN license required at the time of submission.
