1st Shift Site Security SupervisorSecureOne Security Services is hiring a Site Security Supervisor to oversee daily operations, personnel, and client relationships at one or more assigned client locations in the Chicago South Suburbs. This is a full-time leadership position for experienced security professionals ready to take the next step.PayCompetitive hourly rate based on experience (discussed at interview)Weekly payAbout the RoleThe Site Security Supervisor is the primary point of contact for their assigned location(s), responsible for direct officer oversight, scheduling coordination, incident management, and client communication. This role requires consistent on-site presence, strong communication skills, and the ability to lead a team with professionalism and accountability.ResponsibilitiesOversee daily security operations and officer performance at assigned site(s)Enforce post orders, company policies, and site-specific proceduresConduct shift briefings and communicate expectations clearly to officersRespond to incidents and coordinate with management and clients as neededComplete shift logs, incident reports, and documentation accuratelyIdentify performance issues and escalate as appropriateServe as the primary client contact for day-to-day operational mattersRequirementsMust be at least 21 years of ageHigh school diploma or GED requiredActive Illinois PERC Card requiredMinimum of 2 years of security experience, with at least 1 year in a lead or supervisory roleValid driver's license preferredStrong communication and organizational skillsMust pass a background check and drug screeningBenefitsWeekly payMedical insurance optionsPaid Time Off (PTO)401(k) retirement plan with 5% company matchPaid training and uniformsCareer advancement within the companyApply online or Walk-in interviews are held every Wednesday from 9:00 AM to 1:00 PM at 4731 W.
