PSA Security of Patchogue, NY is seeking experienced Security Guards to maintain safety at Dublin Deck, a busy outdoor music venue featuring popular DJs and local bands. Guards will work independently with regular check-ins, ensuring a secure environment for patrons, staff, and guests during weekend night events.
Responsibilities
- Ensure patron safety and manage access control
- Verify customer IDs and detect fraudulent identification
- Enforce venue rules and company policies consistently
- Deescalate conflicts and manage unruly patrons
- Escort disruptive individuals from the premises
- Monitor crowd behavior and report suspicious activities
- Document incidents and communicate with supervisors
- Available Shifts Thurs-Sunday between 7pm and 3am.
Required Qualifications
- Valid New York State Security License
- Valid New York State Driver's License
- High school diploma or equivalent
Preferred Qualifications
- 0-1 years' experience in security
- 1-3 years' experience in security
- 3-5+ years' experience in security
