Warehouse Clerk

Responsibilities Provide daily reports of incoming merchandise by category. Generate QC failures daily reports and maintain weekly QC failure tracking. Create chargeback and warning reports. Track TOP samples and maintain up‑to‑date QC reports. Provide daily recaps. Maintain a filing system for all retained documents. Pull various production reports. Perform data entry to create, update, or change records. Sort incoming mail and distribute to appropriate recipients. Complete ad‑hoc tasks as required by the department manager/supervisor. No supervisory responsibilities. Qualifications High school diploma or GED, or one to three months related experience and/or training, or equivalent combination of education and experience. Demonstrated competency in meeting productivity standards, completing work promptly, striving to increase productivity, and working quickly. Observes safety and security procedures, determines appropriate actions beyond guidelines, reports unsafe conditions, and uses equipment properly. Consistently punctual, ensures responsibilities are covered when absent, and arrives at meetings on time. Follows instructions, responds to management direction, keeps commitments, and is willing to work long hours when necessary to reach goals.
