We are looking for an English Teacher for an international school in Shanghai. This is a full-time position starting in August 2025. About the schoolThis school is a new high school, belongs to a famous education group, located in Xuhui, Shanghai. The school creates an intelligent learning atmosphere and the International Baccalaureate (IB) curriculum. Job responsibilitiesTeach the subject of English B to high school students utilizing the IB DP framework and ensuring an engaging and enriching learning experiencePreparing lessons and lectures, tutoring techniques, designing and correcting assessments, and writing report commentsCollaboratively teach alongside fellow educators, actively contributing to the development and enhancement of the school's curriculumAssess and monitor students’ progress and provide targets so that all learners can succeed and improveProvide clear and constructive feedback to students and their parents and caregiversDevelop supportive and safe learning environments Job requirementsBachelor degree or above in the related subjectTeaching certificateTwo or more years teaching experience in the subject in higher educationExcellent communications skillsGood understanding of teaching in IB context Salary and benefitsMonthly Salary 24,000 to 25,000 RMB commensurate with experience and qualificationsMonthly housing allowance of 4,000 RMBCompletion bonusMedical insurance Summer and winter holidayPublic holiday
