ABOUT OUR AGENCY:
I’ve been a State Farm agent for 16 years and lead a strong, team-oriented office with six full-time and two part-time team members. Our focus is on building meaningful relationships with the families we serve and providing guidance to help them find the right protection for their needs.

I attended West Texas A&M, earning my undergraduate degree in Political Science and completing graduate work in Physiology. I’m a parent of two and a proud owner of five rescue dogs. I stay actively involved in the community as a victim advocate with the local sheriff’s department and also volunteer with animal rescue organizations.

As a Customer Service Representative - State Farm Agent Team Member with Laura Leier - State Farm Agent, you will generate the kind of exceptional customer experiences that reinforce the growth of a successful insurance agency. Your attention to detail, customer service skills, and desire to help people make you a fit. You will enhance your career while resolving customer inquiries, coordinating with other agency team members, and anticipating the needs of the community members you support.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Answer customer inquiries and provide policy information.
• Assist customers with policy changes and updates.
• Process insurance claims and follow up with customers.
• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions.

QUALIFICATIONS:

• Communication and interpersonal skills.
• Detail-oriented and able to multitask.
• Previous customer service experience preferred.
