Join Taco Casa as an Assistant Manager, where you will work closely with the General Manager to oversee operations and support the team in delivering delicious food in a clean and safe environment. As an assistant manager you will be a part of a dynamic team that values customer satisfaction above all else.

Key Responsibilities:

Manage, train, and coach Crew Members, Cashiers, & Cooks
Direct and assign tasks to ensure operational standards are met
Monitor employee compliance with restaurant policies
Assist with opening and closing duties
Adjust staffing levels and control food costs
Conduct weekly inventory checks
Assist with administrative tasks and documentation
Promote a customer service mindset among the team
Respond promptly to guest requests and resolve complaints
