Compensation: $1845 - $2223 | Shift: 3x12 days

As a Registered Nurse in this position, you will collaborate with an outstanding Interdisciplinary Care Team, employing clinical pathways and patient education to ensure favorable patient outcomes.

• Work alongside the healthcare team to create and assess personalized care plans
• Commit to lifelong learning through certifications and advanced practice opportunities
• Exhibit leadership qualities and act as a clinical resource and role model
• Communicate effectively with colleagues and interdisciplinary teams
• Improve time management skills to enhance team performance
• Carry out responsibilities aligned with unit-specific goals

Qualifications:

• Minimum of 2 years of experience in a Medical-Surgical setting
• Experience in Level II or I Trauma settings is required
• Prior travel experience is preferred
• Verification of Michigan RN license is mandatory
• BLS (AHA) certification is required
• Availability for every other weekend is necessary
