  Weekend Shift (7:00 AM – 7:00 PM)

What You’ll Do:

• Lead and support nursing staff during the evening shift

• Oversee resident care and ensure clinical excellence

• Coordinate with families, doctors, and team members for continuity of care

• Respond to emergencies and ensure smooth operations during off-hours

• Be the go-to person for staff, residents, and families alike

What You Bring:

• Valid RN or LPN license in VA.

• At least 1 year of supervisory or leadership experience (SNF preferred)

• Strong clinical judgment, communication, and people skills

• Calm under pressure and confident in decision-making

• A passion for elder care and a team-first attitude
