Location: Greater Starkville, MS

Employment Type: Full-time, Direct Hire

Your day-to-day

Step into a stable, hands-on role where your expertise with industrial welding robots keeps production humming. You’ll arrive for one of our four 10-hour shift schedules (Monday–Thursday or Tuesday–Friday), prepare the robotic welder, load or adjust programs, verify setups, and run parts with consistency. Between cycles, you’ll handle basic maintenance tasks to keep the cell in peak condition—then finish the day knowing there’s no travel on your calendar.

What you’ll do

Operate, set up, and perform basic maintenance on industrial welding robots
Run and oversee a Robotic Welder to produce reliable results
Troubleshoot minor issues and keep the line moving

What you bring

High school diploma or GED
Proficiency with the operation, setup, and basic maintenance of industrial welding robots
