Member & Partnerships Manager

The Great Awakener has 277K+ YouTube subscribers, an active paid membership, a weekly newsletter reaching tens of thousands, and an AI-powered oracle product in development. We have the audience. We have the content. What we don't have is someone turning that into partnerships, press, and community growth. This role owns: Strategic partnerships with podcasts, creators, and aligned brands PR & media outreach (our World Predictions series regularly makes headlines — nobody's capitalizing on it) Member engagement & retention for our Oracle Unlimited tier Affiliate/referral programs and co-branded revenue streams You have 3–5 years in partnerships, PR, brand marketing, or business development. You're a self-starter who can build systems from scratch. Bonus if you know the creator economy or spiritual wellness space. This is a new role reporting to me and our Founder. Real ownership.
